This page explains what data is collected when you use Keen Eye Academy, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Data controllers

The platform is operated jointly by the two sellers below, who act as joint controllers (art. 26 GDPR). Whatever your territory, you may exercise your rights with either of them; the single point of contact is: keeneyesoccer@gmail.com

Card details are never received or stored by Keen Eye Academy: they are entered directly on Stripe's servers.

Recipients

Your data is accessible to the trainers and the Keen Eye Academy team for the sole purposes of teaching and support, and to the following technical providers acting as processors:

  • Supabase — Database and file hosting. Hosting: European Union (Paris).
  • Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. — Card payment processing. Hosting: Ireland — transfers to the United States covered by the Data Privacy Framework.
  • Netlify, Inc. — Website hosting. Hosting: United States — transfers covered by the Data Privacy Framework.

No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.

Transfers outside the European Union

The database and the files you submit are hosted in the European Union. Some providers are established in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, Data Privacy Framework certification.

Retention

  • Account and learning data: for the duration of access, then three years after the last login;
  • Submitted assignments and reviews: three years after the last login;
  • Accounting data linked to purchases: ten years (French Commercial Code);
  • Locker-room messages: until deleted by their author or the account is closed.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to keeneyesoccer@gmail.com; you will receive an answer within one month. Residents of the European Union may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr); residents of California, Canada or other jurisdictions keep the rights granted by their local law and may exercise them at the same address.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising cookie, audience measurement or third-party tracker — only the cookies strictly necessary for the service: keeping your session once logged in, and remembering your language. These require no prior consent.

Security

Exchanges are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored in hashed form. Each learner's data is isolated at database level: a learner can only read their own data.

Changes

This policy may change; the date at the top of the page shows the last update. Learners are informed by e-mail of any substantial change.
